You'd learn beside me on real client sets, hands on live work from your first weeks. I've spent five years on classic, hybrid, volume and mega work to a German standard, and I teach that same standard to other studios. When you're with me I watch your isolation and your fans and tell you plainly what's working and what to fix, then stay with it until you can do it on your own. I speak English, Bahasa Indonesia and German, so we'll always find a way to talk something through. That daily feedback is why artists move here to train, and why your hands get steadier week by week.

Questions before you apply
What experience do I need?
New or years in matters less than you'd think. What I look for is that you want to keep getting better and you'll take honest feedback on your hands. I've brought on artists a month out of training and artists who'd worked for years. Both worked out fine.
Where do the clients actually come from?
From the studio's overflow. I turn clients away most weeks, and once your sets hold to the standard I start handing those bookings to you by name. So your book fills from demand the studio already has. The clients are already there for you.
Is it paid, and how does that work?
Yes. You earn from the sets you do. The clients I hand you are yours, and what you make grows as your book fills. We go through the exact split honestly at your trial, so you know the numbers before you decide anything.
What does the mentoring actually involve?
I watch your real sets and tell you what to change: mapping, isolation, retention. I do it in person, right there as you work. It's weekly feedback on your own clients, week after week, until your work holds up on its own. That repetition is where most of your improvement comes from.
What's the standard I have to hit?
One standard, the same one I hold on my own clients: sets placed cleanly, sitting light, holding for weeks. I'll show you exactly where your work is now and what's between you and there. Once you're holding it, the clients follow.
I read every application myself, so a reply can take me a few days, but I do read them all, and I'll message you if your work looks like a fit.
