The story
Why I do brows, and only brows
I'm German-Indonesian. I grew up in Germany and built my studio in Bali, and I kept the standards I was raised with: clean tools, exact work, and done properly or not done.
Brows are the whole job here. I shape them with thread. A cotton thread lifts the hairs out at the root, a row at a time, so I can follow the line your own brows already have and take out only what sits outside it. I don't do microblading or permanent makeup. What you leave with is your own hair, shaped.
Alongside the shape I do hybrid brow tint and brow lamination, and threading on the upper lip and chin. We talk through what suits your face before I start anything, and I'll say so if a smaller change is the better call for you.
Five years in, the studio has 187 reviews at 5.0, and other studios and artists now come to me to learn the technique. I work by appointment only, one person in the room at a time, in Kerobokan Kelod. You book on my booking page, and anything after that we sort out on WhatsApp.
